I was supposed to do this a while ago, It was something I was doing before the apocalypse. I'll work on this a bit, won't take as much effort as DL.

Playstyle Description: Chopper's a very light character, and he has average speed. He fights by changing the muscle distribution in his body (A Devil's Fruit power that turned him partially human that was aided by a specific medicine for greater control), thus allowing to change his weight and speed. I'm not sure if that's possible for SSF2 so, either his attacks where's he's larger are heavier or they have super armor frames.

Hey, I need some input on what his FS should be. Monster Chopper's out of the question, as I unforunately dont have the talent to sprite that.... Now, here's what I can do.

Idea 1: He eats a second Rumble Ball and loses control of his powers. This meaning his attack strength increases and tyour input commands are messed up (Meaning you'll never know what attack you'll use). Not sure if it's programable.

Idea 2: If idea 1 doesn't work, he eats a second rumble ball and rushes at the opponenet and attacks in an uncontrolable manner, and attacks vicously.

Idea 3: The most boring, his strongest attack in his normal form. Cross (I forgot the Japanese name), but he goes into arm boost and does a very powerful cross punch.

Tell me what you think, give new ideas, whatever.

Idea one is kinda meh, three could be good if you add some good effects, but I like two the best. Like he flings his arms around and runs fast. (kinda similar to what R.O.B. does in brawl, right?)

So, I have it done but Servimg's down. So I shall explain.
He eats a second Rumble Ball and goes into horn boost. Like R.O.B., this will only be a partial FF. There will be hit boxes on his horns at all times (In the basic motions). He gets a Standard Attack (A) and Special Attack (B), the Standard Attack changes in the air. He gets basic motions and has Super Armor frames at all times.
